Hi everyone
(Sorry, I moved the topic to the appropriate forum and deleted the previous entry)
I have been trying for a long time to solve the problem with strange fonts on some websites (sample image below), but without success. Instead of normal text there is an unordered string of letters, numbers or special characters appears. Most often it's a bold font, most likely Helvetica. This is hard for me to determine it, because the development tools often don't work on these sites, but the font for the entire site is usually defined as "Helvetica, Arial, Sans Serif...".
I dug through (literally) Opera's help. I searched dozens of forums. I didn't find such a problem anywhere, and no advice on similar problems - blurry font, rectangles instead of fonts, etc. - didn't help .
I uninstalled Opera too, with all its components and reinstalled it - no avail.
The problem is identical in the Chrome.
In other browsers (Safari, Mozilla) the text is displayed correctly.
I have no idea what to do with this problem.
I'm asking for help - I don't want to change the browser I've been using for years and have been very happy with it so far!
P.S. Please don't give advice, e.g. regarding changing the font in Opera's settings - changing it doesn't work.
Similarly, uninstalling add-ons doesn't work. Restoring factory settings didn't help.
Such simple solutions don't work here and it's a waste of writing and reading such instructions. Thank you very much.
