@neil-h I got the stand alone version, but even though the box (import from default browser) was unchecked it came up with the extensions and settings from the previous install. I thought I was careful. Tomorrow.

I get a page with multiple downloads (eg Schwab 1099s). Opera only downloads one, but won't download the rest. I switch to Chrome to get the rest.
When are page ejects entered in a file? If I print a PDF file that I'v saved, shouldn't the result be the same as if I had printed it in the first place?
I have tried every variant that I could think of but Opera refuses to accept my entry, https://*.schwab.com/ . What should I enter and why isn't it documented if it is going to be this fussy?
Is there anyway to turnoff content blocking? I am not a snowflake so I can ignore a porno ad with the same ease as an ad for motor oil. Malicious content is another matter. It needs to be blocked. Opera partially blocks WWW.ALLMYFAVES.COM which is my home page.
