Seps to reproduce:

1. Download an executable.
2. Launch it from Downloads section.
3. A scoped_dir_{random numbers} folder will be created in the same folder with the downloaded executable and copy of the file will be put there.

Also happens to me on v.100.0.4815.2, regardless of where I am moving the tab. Once I noticed an error message saying something about folder permissions being incorrect or something after a crash, but forgot to take a screenshot of it before closing.

I've noticed a really annoying change that came with one of the recent updates: Opera's user CSS is now imposing a "min-height: 1.2em" style on <option> elements, which makes every drop-down list look huge and cover a lot of the page area. Is it possible to modify the built-in user CSS to disable this "feature"?
