@burnout426 Thanks, I clicked on your link, but I do not see "Open store app".

I repeatedly got "Opera has recovered from a crash" when trying to access the Microsoft Store. However, when I used Firefox it worked so perfectly! I searched for this issue already covered in these forums, but saw no definitive solution for it. And, yes, I have checked the protocol which seems okay.
