For anyone that has this wallpaper and its not animating, click the battery button next to your download button and turn off battery saver.

I recently uploaded an animated wallpaper. It hasn't been working since I ever started it up. Its been frozen for a week for so. I thought making an account was an issue but it didn't seem to do anything; Please help me.
