Might want to check sync.opera.com to make sure your data is actually there.
At the loss of your data, you can reset your sync data at sync.opera.com to try and get sync working again on all devices.

I've read it has bugs, but the only thing I've found is to refresh the web Extension sometimes.
Create a BackUp of the Bk file before proceed.
Look at the Signature.
