I woke up today morning to my laptop in an "attempting Repairs" loop

After trying and trying, i opted to reinstall windows and keep all my local files. After going through the hassle of redownloading all my broswers and essential apps, i downloaded opera, synced back my account and got everything sorted again.

I log into netflix and open it up, whenever i try to play a video it presents me with an "pardon the interruption" and an error code o7361-1254. When i attempted to play primevideo, i got an interruption also but absolutely no error code to refer to.

I tried a different browser such as edge and i got a different error code on netflix and when i tried all the fixes on there, none of them seemed to work.

I downlaoded geforce experience and updated my graphics card drivers and still no fix.

Youtube is working just fine but no streaming platform is, i even tried the illegal streaming platforms such as soap2day and others to see if they work and even they dont, they present me with a message that tells me to disable my adblocker/antivirus but i dont have any of those downloaded nor active.

After posting this on reddit and the discord with no reply, i resetted my entire laptop incase there was some malicious software blocking it from operating but it still tells me the same thing. I have protected content on, i check the opera://components and it has the widevine in the latest version, and now i dont know what to do.

Netflix seems to work on chrome only, not on edge or opera.

Please help!!!
