Well I certainly hope Opera Software "pull their thumb out" and get this working properly - the "new" Opera has been available for some time now, and virtually every other browser has this functionality (in some cases, they've had this functionality for years)!
Because Opera have been dragging their feet with the "new" Opera for Linux-based operating systems, I have been trialing Google's Chrome alongside Opera 12.x (though I am now using the "developer" version of the "new" Opera as my primary browser) and I have to say, it's going to be pretty hard to stick with Opera for much longer if I don't see some work on Opera Link...
I've been using Opera since the very first version was released to the public - I even paid for the browser and WebMail way back when - but a browser is one of the key pieces to most operating systems and I'm not going to wait forever, especially when I'm primarily waiting on something that virtually every other developer already offers!
Thank you for post.
The same here, ever since Opera has been the first choice. Reading "No warries - your bookmarks are safe" for over a year now (if I remember right), is just not a way, bookmarks and notes are vivid an changing every day. I am working cross three devices and for now, I had to change brwosers. It was simply not bearable any more. I am looking forward to a time, when Opera can be again, used productive in those terms.
