No, the default browser can't be changed on Windows Phone. Please "vote" for Microsoft to add Default Browser Choice!

(I uninstalled Opera Mini when the Search Engine Choice and Disable Search Suggestions features were removed from the browser. I hope that Opera will add these feature back. No choice sucks!)
