If I have a folder titled "Pizza" in my speed Dial, can I create sub folders inside the "Pizza" folder and title the sub folders "Local" & "Mail Order"?

I am using Opera now on my old computer. If I want to use Opera on my new computer, how can I transfer or download the links that are on my old computer's Speed Dial to my new computer?
