@damecruz yeah, no- I can sync my bookmarks, browsing history and cookies fine using that method, but for example Opera Flow requires me to use the QR code first, anyway.

I've been trying to solve this issue for few weeks now. In order to connect my android phone (Xiaomi Redmi Note 3; Android 6.0.1. MMB29M; MIUI Global 10.2.1.0) via Flow it tells me to connect it using the opera.com/connect website.
I proceed to the said url.
It displays the QR code on my desktop. I scan it with my phone- red screen pops up, saying that "the connection was declined by the other device". The desktop keeps displaying the QR code, like there is no connection to the phone what-so-ever...What I've tried so far:
- reinstalling the app
- logging out from both the devices
- logging in back again into both devices
none of the above have seemed to work so far
