Example: these characthers ( € , — ) is right here but in other sites I see these ( Ä , ó )
there is a problem of font or other=???

I have a foolish issue for a few weeks, in all the sites I navigate, I can't see the special characters.
I can't see é, $, à, *, # ecc...
Why I cannot??? Where is the problem???NB Changing page codification to Automatic, or Unicode or Central Europe nothing change!
