I just got my Opera browser updated to the latest version. After that, I just cannot simply drag and drop my Opera browser to another screen or even resize it, is this a bug or anyone who getting the same issue?
As you can see in the screenshot, everything on top is pretty packed and I don't have any space to click and drag my whole Opera browser to another screen or place.
