@burnout426 I think it was a problem with Nvidia drivers v. 616.56. I made downgrade to 610.88 and all is good.

Since installing the latest Opera update, I have been experiencing a recurring flickering issue while working in Opera. This happens repeatedly while I am working.

The issue only occurs inside Opera and does not happen in any other applications or anywhere else on my computer.

The issue was not happening before the latest update, so I suspect it may be related to the new version, GPU acceleration, color management, or display rendering.

Please let me know if there are any recommended settings, troubleshooting steps, or fixes for this issue.

1. эту рекламу показывается сама опера - появляется длинная плашка над сохраненными вкладками-иконками в экспресс-панели
2. сама опера добавляет "кирпичик" на экспресс-панель (вот я против такого...)

Я все прощаю Опере, даже когда они начали показывать мне рекламу алиекспресса на панели быстрого доступа. Но они пошли дальше. Они в мои кирпичики сайтов стали закидывать свои рекламные сайты (мне накинули пром и розетку). Что дальше?

The issue hasn’t been fixed in the current update. Now, every time you start the browser, you have to wait while Opera queries something and the icon on the speed dial updates.

Now the program freezes for about 40 seconds every time I open it.

When the computer starts up, Opera has stopped launching on the first try. I have to end the program through Task Manager and then restart Opera. After doing that, it works normally.

Or I should wait 25-30 seconds and Opera starts begin - I can open sites, enter url and e.t.c.
