Right click on the filename and select "save linked content as . . .". Works in Google search, haven't tried elsewhere. (Opera 44)

I have that same problem. Would like to eliminate a device.
How can I do it?

Sing in on your PC, click on the heart icon on your left (Bookmarks). There you will see "Other Speed Dials". Right click on the device's Speed Dial and select "remove device folder".
