Chrome, Vivaldi and Edge chromium work perfectly,
in fact the problem is only with Opera variants

@burnout426 It is an intriguing problem, it is not the battery saver mode, already disabled, both in windows and Opera.

I was able to solve ... instead of putting Launcher.exe I put Opera.exe in GPU options
