@burnout426 Interesting and creative. Not as easy and might become a bit unyielding if you use it extensively. Plus not as easy to manage. That same previous option gave you the option to set an alias/nickname for the URL as well as to manage any associated passwords for that site. It was pretty great.

Shortcut appreviation to open url webpageSuggestions and feature requests
Way back when, opera had a great feature (IMO) where tied to the bookmarks you could:
1)have the password included, whether to auto populate or not
2)setup a shortcut to that pageso instead of typing in the address bar www.bankofamerica.com you could type in BOA and it brought that page up. I used that everyday so much and miss it. It was a smart use of bookmarking. You already are storing passwords to I do not see where this is too much of a leap to get there. -
RE: Bring back old Speed dial fontSuggestions and feature requests
@Keepskite I tend to agree with most of this, additionally the speed dial used to give you an option to set it up with either the URL page image and an image file you want for that Speed dial.

Opera used to have a great features as part of bookmarking where you could have a bookmark set to open with a shortcut code ie Homedepot.com = HD homedepotpro.com = HDP then the correct userid / passcode for that site (all encrypted of course) all stored together. Additionally the shortcut code could could be used to open all tabs for a folder with a keyboard shortcut it cntl+TRV would open all the sites/bookmarks in a folder of TRAVEL.
