Please consider sorting the drop-down list in alphabetical order for each set of fonts presented in the "Customize fonts" page under Settings > Appearance. An alternative possibility is to add a toggle that would apply to each drop-down list to switch from the default presentation order to alphabetical or collating sequence order.
