Nope, I never used it. Since Opera is using Chrome engine now (?) I went to Chrome forums and found a solution there. I deleted the Certificate Revocation List from Users->....->Opera Stable. Now I can access all secure websites except Opera Forums (!) So old FF is to the rescue. So people need to get their act together. Forget about making it pretty, features, making big letters instead of screenshots in the speed dial (what's wrong with screenshots anyway?) and just focus on making it work all the time juse like FF and making it less voracious for CPU and if they can do that, you will get 5-10% of the market share in no time. Despite solving the problem Im going back to FF.

RE: Opera sucks big time, no wonder it only has 1.38% of market shareOpera for Windows
Mostly venting my frustration because I tried everything like disabling my firewall and antivirus. Secure sites will work for say a week and then all of a sudden they become inaccessible, it just says the webpage unavailable as if there is no internet connection whatsoever. I have never experienced anything like this with any other browser i.e. FF, IE, Safari, or and Chrome does that too once in a while. So if other browsers are working fine then the problem is with Opera. And I have no extensions installed there at all. I also tried uninstall and install again several times, same cr*p.

I tried Opera long time ago and didn't go with it because it didn't - and still doesn't - have an option to automatically clear cache and history upon exit, only FireFox has it.
Then I tried it again a couple of months ago and I was pleasantly surprised with a cool speed dial, the way it handles media and the speed overall, it became my fave browser despite it's appetite for CPU.
But since recently I am not able to access secure sites like google, gmail, facebook.
Why do you people concentrate on making it nice looking, and adding, improving features if you can't make it work to access basic, the most popular websites? I'm using FF to post this because Opera apparently can't even access Opera website. It works one day, the following day it doesn't and I'm just fed up with it.
