Guys in other forum found solution... Uninstalled Geforce Experience and now everything works fine 
Now installed it back and CTRL + Tab still works. "Allow desktop capture" blocks this hotkey combo.

Hello. Few weeks ago CTRL + TAB shortcut stopped working on my PC. I have tried reinstall Opera, remove Opera folders from AppData/Local/ and AppData/Roaming. I don't know what else I can try...
