Picture-in-picture stopped working

Picture-in-picture is not working this morning. Android version 14 / One UI version 6.1.1

Attempted resetting PIP options for app, re downloaded Opera, no new phone system updates to download, restarted phone. PIP not working still. It's one of my favorite features. ️
