The circle at start is 10secs the close is 15secs
sync is not enabled
no tabs open
system is a year old and fast very fast i7 12gb titan x the system is not the problem
this does not do it on any other browser
what do other people see.

Hi do any of you have a issue with the windows busy spinning wheel at start up and
close down of opera 42 it last about 15secs on both
little annoying but i would like an explanation
my pc is spot on and very fast.
