Wow great help! I'm transferring to Chrome.

BUMP !!!

System specs are: Intel Celeron E3200 2.40 ghz, ATI Radeon HD 4350, 2 GB RAM and Windows 7 Profesional 64

Current version of Opera is 42.0.2393.517 No idea what the previous version was.

Only one account.

Installation type was normal.

Today I turned on the PC opened Opera and my speed dials were shuffled and more than half of them were gone also the theme was set to something else and my extensions were gone.I tried fixing the speed dial problem by going to bookmarks then other speed dials then there are two folders one with the shity dials and one with my old good dials I deleted the bad ones and marked the good ones and placed them in Speed dial.This fixed it but then when I exit Opera and start it again its reseted again and set the deleted dials deleted my extensions and changed theme wtf. How to fix this ?
