Exactly the same problem here. I sometimes work with 2 or 3 windows at the same time, and this new "minimum width" bothers me a lot 
I have to use another browser for the smallest window I need (Chrome, Firefox or Edge, .... that's horrible 
)
Is it possible to recover the previous minimum window width please ?
