Been going on now for a couple of weeks.
Windows 11 - 22H2 - 22621.675
Opera GX LVL4 (core: 91.0.4516.72)
Seems to be happening on Twitch when viewing videos with Codex avc1.64002A,mp4a.40.2
The Video freezes, sometimes for 5-10 sec, sometimes for up to 3 min.
