how do I set a home button
they have to provide that option all web browsers do?

I just installed opera and am using for first time
I cant seem to enable toolbar, I click the opera logo to customize opera but cant find preferences or tools
to help access those kind of settings.

I went to the opera help section
everything they told me to do is not available or the solutions seem to be missing
