A) "reset your sync data".sounds to me that all data would be lost.
Data will be removed from sync servers but will remain on your devices.
"disable passphrase encryption" seems not to be a right approach considering the security breach in opera accounts recently, at least to me.
As it only works in the desktop versions for now, I guess it's a matter of choose if you want Opera data from your smartphones to be synced or not.
