I have sensitive eyes and use dark themes for browsing for that reason.
A few versions back the "audio tab indicator" was added.
No problem as I found quickly how to disable it with the flags but...
With the latest version it suddenly was back.
Apparently the flag to disable it has been removed.
The flickering icon is driving me crazy and I really need an option to disable it again
or I simply can not keep using opera for such a small "fancy" thingy.
It makes my browsing experience a hell!

Same reason, my eyes are sensitive, a reason why i use dark theme scripts for browsing.
I really need to get rid of that audio icon, it drives me crazy!

I had the opera://flags/#tab-audio-indicator disabled in previous versions because it annoys the hell out of me.
Suddenly it started showing the audio icon (since 32?) on the tabs again and the flag is nowhere to find to disable it?
How do I disable this?
