I know that it only happens with hardware acceleration enabled, but because of the large amount of tabs I use and because of the behavior of some websites, I really need hardware acceleration to be enabled.

I'm having the same issue here. Only happens when hardware acceleration is enabled, nonetheless very annoying, since some websites only function properly with hardware acceleration enabled.
In some cases, the mouse lags as well when hovering over links in websites.I have a Radeon RX480 GPU and a Ryzen 5 1600 CPU
