I’ve faced the same issue with Google accounts switching between tabs in Opera. A good workaround is enabling Guest Tabs from opera://settings/early_bird (then reload the tab as a guest to keep accounts separate). Also, try checking a few settings: go to opera://settings/userInterface and disable “Snooze inactive tabs to save memory”, then open opera://settings/batterySaver and make sure battery saver is off. If you’re using Opera GX, disable any GX Control limiters.
