@mickeyroni uninstall and install an old version. It will fix. 
You can update it after set up your location. If you update won't be possible change to other one later.

Well, I believe is a bug. I've installed an old version of Opera GX (Opera_GX_98.0.4759.56_Setup_x64). That fixed the issue. I will wait a new update. Thanks all!

Notice I can't change or detect my current location. Is it a bug? Opera says I'm in Oslo. Does anyone know how to fix this?
