When you start the browser in full screen mode and then minimize it by the button to windowed mode, then this button seems to become inactive and it is not possible to expand it. If using the standard operating system tools to expand the window to full screen, then the button can again minimize it to the window. And in the same way, if you start the browser initially in the window, you can expand it, but it doesn’t let you collapse it. And the second wish - can the close button be made again to the very corner? Previously, it was customary - drove the mouse pointer to the upper right corner and closed the browser window, but now you have to hit the button (in other browsers, the close button reaches the very corner of the screen).
