Don't say that. Whatsamatta for you? They love you & care much about you & your experience w/their product. How Daren you try to characterize them as ppl who will not step up & give "in-kind" responses to pleas for help. Don't you know what hey are the the best. They would never leave you flapping in the wind... My word! They are: "our friend" (in a sense similar to what was seen on "Mars attacks" movie). Lol
