I also try with several companies SIM cards but result is the same.

I can not enter to page wap.payvand.tj when I enter OperaMini answer me Page Not Found but from any other browser is ok, I use Nokia C1-01 I also can not enter to any payvand.tj sites but when I try throw IP 217.11.180.36 everything is OK
