I agree that the close button could be easier to identify in vertical tabs. A double-click option for closing tabs would also be a convenient solution, especially when the tab width is minimized.

The button doesnt even show up on any video so i cant manually make a video pop out.
I took a break from opera for a few months and came back to this so im very confused about it....
Info that may be important:yes i updated to the latest version
it happens randomly , sometimes it does pop out but most times it does not
im talking about any yt video not specifically shorts
i use opera gx on my HP laptop that is also updated!I put a picture below to show yall the button isnt there lol
Ah, classic Opera GX acting up! That usually happens when a browser extension messes with the video player or your cache gets cluttered. Try toggling your extensions off, clearing your cache, or double-checking that the video pop-out option is still turned on in your browser settings.
