Youtube pop out feature not working

The youtube pop out feature is not working for me half the time and i have no clue why....
The button doesnt even show up on any video so i cant manually make a video pop out.
I took a break from opera for a few months and came back to this so im very confused about it....
Info that may be important:- yes i updated to the latest version
- it happens randomly , sometimes it does pop out but most times it does not
- im talking about any yt video not specifically shorts
- i use opera gx on my HP laptop that is also updated!
I put a picture below to show yall the button isnt there lol

Ah, classic Opera GX acting up! That usually happens when a browser extension messes with the video player or your cache gets cluttered. Try toggling your extensions off, clearing your cache, or double-checking that the video pop-out option is still turned on in your browser settings.
