My computer had crashed and my opera gx is all logged out so i can't remember any of the passwords cause theyre inside of my password manager that's locked behind old password inside of the password manage

i forgot to keep every of my password in other forms (i'm kinda short memory so i have 2 do that)
so, how am i supposed to recover 60+ passwords that's locked with my old password that i left in the password manager only? can't remember it either..
