@leocg Thank you for your answer. It was simply deactivated. I did not find (not eveb search for) the extension manager page, sorry for my now dumb looking question.

The Translate addon is installed, but does not show on the sidebar anymore. Cant delete it to re-install. Occured after a set back to old version.
