I have searched for weeks on how to enable header and footer printing using the latest version of Opera (V 24.0). Why is printing something as basic as header & footer so difficult in Opera? There is no printer Options to be found anywhere. I can't find it in any memu, even in opera:config -> advanced settings? What gives?
