Chrome can print to a pdf text file using 'google print' in KitKat.
ezPDF Reader can reflow the text in this kind of pdf file.
I was looking for this feature since my first Android device (Nexus 7).

So please let Opera print!

BTW: 'google print' works offline (no cloud server needed)
