Go to opera://flags and search for #fast-tab-tooltip then disable the sh*t. This will solve the problem with the useless addition.

- downgrade to a better version: https://get.opera.com/ftp/pub/opera/desktop/
- disable the autoupdater: search for opera_autoupdate.exe and open Properties of the browser icon - in the target field add C:\Users*yourProfile*\AppData\Local\Programs\Opera\launcher.exe --disable-update
OR
simply switch to a more reliable browser.

Opera for WindowsCan't drag and drop content between tabs
When select text or pick image and drag them into another tab, they won't open the tab to allow you to drop the content. e.g. tab with image to be dropped into another tab with google image search.
Any suggestions?
