I do believe in trying to remain positive about things. It makes life a bit better to tolerate. But there is still something to be said for constructive criticism. I mean, what good is giving kudos for a product that isn't earned? If one does that, the party receiving the praise will think all is okay. And have reason to think that. The culpable party is the one giving the "feel good" praise, that really isn't earned by the product.
lem, you know I'm your biggest fan but on this, we'll agree to disagree. You're suggesting the new speed dial is far from perfect and have used some fairly strong words. Okay. Probably the best place to voice that opinion is in the developers' blogs and the Suggestion folder rather than here. You know that devs seldom read these forums and any suggestions are likely to be overlooked. Also, you're assuming that your criticisms override those who like the new speed dial (I'm one of them although I admit, my needs are not as great as yours). This browser is a work in progress and in all probability the speed dial is incomplete. I have faith in the devs, that they will make it the best that is available. Best wishes to you. Forgive me if I sounded harsh. It wasn't my intention.
