Found a solution:

Change the phone's APN settings to WAP.
Failed to log in when set to NET.

Hope Opera can fix this bug soon.

Why not fix it, Opera?

Something blocking cookies, perhaps? Some Android "privacy" programs can do that.

It has nothing to do with cookies but a bug of the app. All browsers on my phone can store cookies.

It's not the Great Fire Wall issue, because I tried to log in through my VPN and also tried in Turkey where there's no GFW. I have GCM on my phone.

It's obviously a bug.
