If you can find a solution for Chrome, it will probably work for Opera too. For example, paying with opera://flags/#enable-mark-http-as might help for the error in question.
Or, for the site, clicking the badge at the left of the address field, going to site site settings and allowing insecure content might help.
Depends on the reason why the site is not secure? Is it http or invalid cert or something else?
