RE: Disable Google Login promptOpera for Mac
@leocg I don't think it's an extension or malware, it's default behavior

RE: How can I make Opera not open new windows in full screen when it has other windows open in full screen?Opera for Mac
Hi Hamidd, thanks for asking!
MacOS 11.6
I just tried it with TextEdit, it does not do the same thing.

Support for MacOS command-E "Use selection for find"Suggestions and feature requests
A convention and feature in MacOS is command-E mapping to "Use selection for find". This puts whatever is selected into the current app's "find" field. So instead of this:
- select text
- command-c
- command-f
- command-v (opera does do this part for us automatically, so that's nice)
- enter or command-g to find instances
If "use selection for find" is supported, the above is replaced with this:
- select text
- command-e
- enter or command-g to find instances
Additionally, "Use selection for find" will put the text into a global "find buffer" (not sure what the technical API term is) that other apps use. So this can be done:
- select text
- command-e
- switch to another app
- command-g
It would be great of Opera could support this!

How can I make Opera not open new windows in full screen when it has other windows open in full screen?Opera for Mac
Here's the behavior I see:
- have 1 or more windows in Opera open, all in full-screen
- command-tab from app B to Opera
- command-n
- Opera opens a new window and immediately full-screens it
I want to be able to command-n a new window and have it not be full-screened. Is this possible?

"use selection for find"Suggestions and feature requests
In most MacOS apps, command-e is "use selection for find". You can highlight some text, hit command-e, then hit command-g to find in the same page. without it, one must do:
- select
- command-c
- command-f
- command-v
- enter
- command-g...
with it:
- select
- command-e
- command-g...
this is something i do a dozen times a day in other browsers.
would it be possible to get "use selection for find" in Opera? Thanks for listening!
