The bit where I said there was nothing strange about it's title tag was followed by example code showing "ART & a m p ; ARTISTS" set between standard html denoting a title. Just a simple standard title tag with no funny business.

You don't need to post over and over again. There is a gear icon for each post, under the avatar, which allows you to edit your post with a 30 minutes counter. 🙂
About your actual issue, a screenshot would have brought a lot of light into this. But I was able to reproduce the bug and take a screenshot of it here.
So yeah, bug confirmed.
BTW, the bookmark doesn't necessarily have to be in the Bookmarks Bar folder. It can be in any of your folders.
