Bookmarks of my Opera's account

Hello,

I had my Opera's account sync in my computer with Ubuntu Linux. Yesterday I formatted my operating system and I installed Windows 10.

Today, I installed Opera browser and added my Opera's account, but my bookmarks doesn't appear.

What's the problem? did I lost my bookmarks?? How is it possible?

Please, can you help me?
