I found the Local State file and it is two pages of code which mean nothing to me. How do I apply it to my problem? Al my Excel files feature the Opera logo 0 but when I open the file Opera tells me to save it. It already is saved. It is rendered useless. I have Opera on my other computer (XP OS) and have no similar problem.
