Opera web browser - Why not implement Google Translate add-on missing microphone feature button, so user can speak in foreign language to laptop's microphone to translate voice sounds into translated digital text language

Why don't make a feature in Opera web browser so user can toggle in setting where after saving a webpage as PDF, he, she or gender X can have the saved PDF file auto open PDF to ensure that the PDF file is not corrupted and saved in the correct formatting with 100% accuracy.

Why not implement a feature in web browser after using click "download file button" user can toggle button in downloading file progress page or from download browser icon pop up window, when file 100% downloaded can auto open and execute. There is a one time browser settings level to auto open each downloaded file option, but by default it is turned off for security reasons.
