Currently my OS time setting is not set a for 24 hour clock.

Individual emails display a 12 hour clock time, while the inbox view displays a 24 hour clock time.

Any other hints are welcome!

Is there a way to set the global time from military time (24-hour) to civilian time (12-hour)?
